Reynold, S.H, LL.M is one of the founders and Managing Partner of RIHP. He has been active as a lawyer in Indonesia for more than 17 years. He started his career after graduating from Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) in Bandung in 2004 with the main focus on Economic and Business Law. Reynold was awarded the UNPAR’s Dharma Siswa Scholarship and honored with Top 3 Law Student during his studies. Furthermore, he graduated from the Law School of Hertfordshire University in London, United Kingdom (UK), with emphasis on Business Law and International Financial Law in 2021.
Reynold gained work experience as an Associate and Counsel at various renowned Indonesian Law Firms and Multinational Companies. During that time, Reynold was involved as a lawyer in advising and representing clients from multiple industries, including Financial Services, Manufacture, Automotive, Mining, Consumers, Retails, E-commerce, Foreign Investment, Heavy Equipment, Information & Technology, Pharmacies, Distributorship and Vehicle Rent.
Reynold has registered as an advocate at Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

Ramos is one of the founders and senior partner of RIHP. He graduated from the faculty of law of Padjadaran University, Bandung (2015) with satisfy qualification academic predicate. During in campus, he also participated in several committee and organization. Moreover, he started his career as paralegal at Bandung Legal Aid Institute (LBH Bandung) involved with pro bono cases.
Ramos has experience in several prominent law firm in Jakarta. In addition, he involved representing and advising several clients in a various cases both litigation and non- litigation. Ramos has legal expertise such as: litigation (criminal, civil, state administration and commercial), intellectual property right, employment, investment, banking and financing, general corporate, and contracts.
Ramos has registered as an advocate at Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI)

Christhoper is one of the founding partners of RIHP. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Indonesia, Depok, majoring in Business Law with a satisfactory academic predicate. Before being a Partner at RIHP, Christhoper worked at a various boutique law firm in Jakarta.
At RHIP, Christhoper’s main areas of practices are commercial dispute resolution, litigation (private & criminal law), general corporate & investment, employment matters and State Administration Court (PTUN). Christhoper has been standing acquaintance with complex disputes on advising and representing diverse clients that carry out differences on their cases. He also has successfully represented, assisted, negotiated and executed on behalf of some of the Companies with sophisticated matters.
Christhoper is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
